Exercise Pathfinders

The science and research of the likely effects of intense exercise as we age is being written right now - in this series of talks we talk to clinical practitioners and pioneers
The Midlife Cyclist Talks are an informal chat with guests who can throw illumination on the vexing and wholly contemporary proposition of getting older, increasing fitness and staying healthy. Or as Phil puts it in The Midlife Cyclist
'Grow Old. Ride Fast. Don't Die'
Can our guests square this holy triangle?
Many of the guests included in this series were quoted in The Midlife Cyclist and gave generously of their time and wisdom. And it should be said that, on occasion, this was at the most difficult time, at the start of the Cov-19 lockdown.
The talks will be informal discussions with questions and observations welcomed from the audience. They are not formal lectures.
