Trek Speed Concept - Project One

Code-named 'Viper'. Ready to Strike, Ready to Win.

"A formidable weapon, designed to strike in one place on one day"

Ready to roar!

Project Viper

A rare special-edition bike, built for an incredible athlete to win a very specific event. Project Viper has captured the best of Cyclefit, Trek and SRAM, working together, to construct a formidable weapon, designed to strike in one place on one day.

The fuselage is a team edition Trek Speed Concept Project One. The groupset is World Tour SRAM Red AXS running 1 x 12. And the wheels have been selected from Bontrager's topline RSL range - deep for speed at 75mm. We have selected Continental GP5000 28mm tyres, run tubeless at 65psi for broken rainy road surfaces.

The bike is so secret that we had to find a secret location to take the pictures. Thank you Bedford Estates.

What our clients say

  • "I tried the shorter cranks today and I like them - it feels like it's less stress for the back and it seems easier to ride higher cadence. In the end I had a good Tour with no back problems. Thanks for your help!"

    Bauke Mollema
  • "Honestly these are great (custom orthotics). My feet feel totally balanced and stable and I‘m not searching for the pedal when I want to push it. They’ve made a massive difference.”"

  • "A great service, full of personal touches as well as the "harder" scientific analysis of my position on the bike, which was also excellent. I feel more planted on the bike now, and came away with some really useful feedback from the session."

  • "A very thorough, professional and personal service. I was keen to analyse my bike position after breaking my hip. The custom footbeds and alterations to my position feel really good, just wish I’d come sooner! Many thanks"
