Take It Personally. Carbon perfection with Project One with Cyclefit

Trek & Cyclefit - A Long-Shared Road

Trek and Cyclefit have a twenty year-plus relationship. In that time we worked Trek's professional teams (2102-2015) and became their No1 Project One dealer in the UK. Trek make some of the best carbon bikes in the world, and Project One, simply put, means we can finely customise the perfect bike for you. No mistakes, no waste. Just great service and engineering. Because, at our very core, Cyclefit is a custom-build bicycle company. For us, of-the-shelf should probably stay on-the-shelf.
Bikes are innately beautiful and ideally everyone one of them should be hand-tuned to the individual.

Madone SLR9 2

All bikes look the same these days. Clearly Trek didn't get the memo. P1 Gen8 Madone SLR with Interstellar finish.

"IsoFlow smooths the air but divides the crowd"

Trek Madone SLR Gen8

Trek had recent epiphany when they were planning a replacement Emonda - why build an aero race bike and a climber's bike? Just make the latter as aero as the former! The Madone SLR Gen8 Trek's gossamer, aero frame is built with 900 Series OCLV carbon and incorporates radical shaping and IsoFlow technology, that both cut weight, fuel all-day drivability, but keep you ahead of the peloton. Gen8 Madone is 320 grams lighter than Gen7 Madone, and at the same time, as aero and just as light as outgoing Emonda climbing frame!

"The clue is in the title - Trek's new Checkmate SLR was conceived to compete, not collaborate"

Trek Checkmate SLR

To be clear, the clue is in the title - Trek's new Checkmate SLR was conceived to compete, not collaborate. How and where you race is entirely up to you. Notionally the bullseye would be gravel, but cyclo-x, MTB or even road could well fall into Checkmate's thoroughbred purview. Want a great bike to doodle about, expeditions, commute, explore the woods? Then Trek's Checkpoint is probably more for you.

Trek Checkmate's Tech-Fest

  • Super lightweight, aerodynamic 800 Series OCLV Carbon frame with IsoSpeed technology
  • Trek Aero RSL carbon bar/stem
  • Race-day essential mounts
  • Gravel (aero) race geometry
  • Up to 45mm tyre-clearance

"Trek's Domane has become a legend. It is the defining bike that put folk on the right road from their very first pedal-stroke"

Trek Domane SLR

Trek's Domane has become a legend. It is the defining bike that put folk on the right road from their very first pedal-stroke. And now it has evolved into so much more.

The Domane SLR Disc frameset is built with ultralight 800 Series OCLV Carbon chassis and has rear IsoSpeed to soak up rough terrain. It's designed for flat-mount disc brakes, has an internal storage compartment in the downtube. It features well-judged clearances for up to 38 mm tyres to keep you safe and planted on rough roads and even light gravel.
Domane's Endurance geometry has become industry defining.

What our clients say

  • "A great service, full of personal touches as well as the "harder" scientific analysis of my position on the bike, which was also excellent. I feel more planted on the bike now, and came away with some really useful feedback from the session."

    Ed H

    London Dynamo Rider

  • "A highly personalized and very friendly service, giving good advice and adjustments that are helpful whatever level of cyclist you are."

    MJ

    Cyclist

  • "Honestly these are great (custom orthotics). My feet feel totally balanced and stable and I‘m not searching for the pedal when I want to push it. They’ve made a massive difference.”"

    Tom Pidcock

    Olympic MTB Gold Medallist

  • "The personal service from both Phil and Julian is second to none. They have such a wealth of experience in fitting that they can almost tell at a glance if something is just a little off. It felt as though it didn't matter how long it took to get the best position possible - even for an amateur cyclist like myself. Can't recommend them enough."

    Susan

    Cyclist

  • "Rode my standard Box Hill loop this morning with the temp shims and more thought to position. Felt more connected and compact on the bike. Fastest ride of the year, picked up close to a km/per hour despite crappy wet pot holed roads, a ton of traffic and a couple of nights out Thu/Fri."
