What's available?

Depending on your requirements we will tailor an appointment to your specific needs.

General Follow-up & Bike check

The follow-up appointment is like a mini Cyclefit, we already have your data so will measure your bike to check the set-up is correct, check you over and focus on the issues we need to cover in the session. After the session we can set up your bike with new components if needed and service it if required.

We recommend a 'Follow-up' appointment as our bodies change over time and a bike can suffer from 'positional drift' caused by travelling and component changes.

Shoe and cleat set-up

This session is for anything foot related. If your position is OK and you have changed shoes or are looking to purchase new shoes and/or pedals, or something just doesn't feel right this is the appointment for you. We will ensure the shoes fit properly and the cleats are set up correctly with the necessary wedges.

Sidas footbeds can be made in this session.

We have road and mountain bike shoes by Shimano, Lake, Bontrager and Fizik.

Saddle Pressure Mapping

Make sure you keep sitting comfortably on your bike. We use gebioMized's saddle pressure measuring technology to help you find the best position for your existing saddle or an alternative saddle so you can ride in comfort for longer and avoid long term issues.
